Description

Yo-Zuri 3D Inshore 3.5” Twitchbait

The Yo-Zuri 3D Inshore 3.5” Twitchbait is a slow-sinking saltwater hard bait designed to imitate vulnerable baitfish with an erratic combination of gliding, darting and flashing action.

Built for shallow-water inshore fishing, the lipless design allows anglers to control the presentation with the rod. Sharp twitches produce a quick darting action, while pauses allow the lure to slowly sink and remain in the strike zone longer.

That combination makes the 3D Inshore Twitchbait especially effective when targeting snook, redfish, speckled trout and other predatory inshore species around flats, mangroves, passes, docks and bait schools. Yo-Zuri also specifically notes the Twitchbait's effectiveness on larger predators including snook and tarpon.

Slow-Sinking Twitchbait Action

Unlike a floating topwater or traditional diving plug, the 3D Inshore Twitchbait uses a very slow sink rate to stay in productive shallow-water zones.

Work it with short rod twitches to create a fast, erratic dart and flash, then pause the lure and allow it to slowly sink. This twitch-and-pause retrieve can imitate an injured or disoriented baitfish—an easy target for nearby predators.

The lure can also be worked more aggressively when fish are actively feeding or slowed down when fish are pressured or less willing to chase.

3D Prism Finish

Yo-Zuri's 3D prism technology creates internal reflective flash designed to imitate the appearance of natural baitfish.

Because the reflective effect is incorporated inside the lure rather than simply painted onto the exterior, the visual attraction remains even as the outer body becomes scratched through normal fishing use.

Yo-Zuri has continued expanding the 3D Inshore series with natural baitfish patterns designed for different saltwater fisheries, including colors specifically highlighted for snook, tarpon and bull redfish.

Why Choose the Yo-Zuri 3D Inshore Twitchbait?

The strength of this lure is how much control it gives the angler over the presentation.

You can fish it quickly with aggressive twitches when predators are actively chasing bait, or slow everything down with longer pauses and allow the lure's slow-sinking action to keep it in front of less aggressive fish.

That versatility makes it particularly useful for inshore anglers who encounter changing tides, water clarity and feeding behavior throughout the day.

Premier Tackle Take

The 3.5” Yo-Zuri 3D Inshore Twitchbait is a great Gulf Coast inshore hard bait, particularly when snook, redfish and trout are feeding on smaller baitfish.

We like the slow-sinking design because it lets you work the lure below the surface without immediately dropping out of the productive zone. Twitch it aggressively to get attention, then let it pause and sink when you want to give the fish an opportunity to eat.

It's exactly the type of hard bait that belongs in an inshore box because it can cover flats, mangroves, docks, passes and moving bait schools without requiring one fixed retrieve.
