VMC HD Bladed Swimbait Hook

The VMC HD Bladed Swimbait Hook combines a heavy-duty wide-gap hook with an underspin-style blade to add flash and vibration to soft-plastic swimbaits.

Built around VMC's forged 7346 hook platform, it provides the strength needed for fishing larger soft plastics around grass, vegetation and cover while maintaining a streamlined, weedless presentation.

A stainless-steel dropper arm positions the blade beneath the bait, adding another element of attraction as the swimbait moves through the water.

Bladed Swimbait Presentation

The blade is what separates this hook from a conventional weighted swimbait hook.

As the bait moves through the water, the underspin blade creates additional flash and vibration, giving fish another reason to track and strike the presentation.

This makes it especially effective when covering water with paddle-tail swimbaits around vegetation, baitfish and other productive areas.

Heavy-Duty Wide Gap Hook

VMC uses a heavy-duty forged wide-gap hook designed for maximum strength.

The additional gap provides room for thicker soft plastics to collapse during a strike, while allowing the bait to be rigged with the hook point protected for fishing around cover.

Secure Lure Keeper

The built-in lure keeper makes soft plastics easy to rig while helping hold the bait securely in position.

Keeping a swimbait straight on the hook is important for both swimming action and hook performance, particularly during repeated casts and retrieves.

Offset Needle Sharp Point

The VMC 7346BS features a Needle Sharp point with an offset designed to improve hooking performance.

VMC also uses Hi-Carbon Steel and forged construction, giving the hook the strength required for more demanding swimbait applications.

That makes it especially useful when you want to cover water with a swimbait while still being able to work around vegetation and cover.

Premier Tackle Take

The VMC HD Bladed Swimbait Hook is a very versatile Florida swimbait setup.

For freshwater bass, we'd use it to work paddle tails along hydrilla edges, grass lines and submerged vegetation. Because VMC also rates the 7346BS for saltwater predator fishing, it has legitimate crossover potential for inshore soft-plastic presentations as well.

Your current Premier inventory is 3/0, 4/0 and 5/0, with 3/16 oz and 1/4 oz configurations, so I would keep the description focused on those sizes rather than adding every configuration VMC makes.
