7' Medium — TES70MC

Its additional length helps with casting and line management, making it a practical choice for anglers targeting snook, smaller cobia, and other coastal species.
Premier Tackle recommendation: Choose the 7' Medium when casting versatility and lighter presentations are your priorities.
6'6" Medium Heavy — TES66MHC
The 6'6" Medium Heavy provides a strong balance of lifting power and compact boat handling.
Its shorter length is useful when fishing live bait, working jigs, and controlling fish close to the boat.
Premier Tackle recommendation: Choose the 6'6" Medium Heavy for a versatile boat rod when close-range control matters more than maximum casting distance.
7' Medium Heavy — TES70MHC
The 7' Medium Heavy combines additional rod length with the backbone needed for a broad range of saltwater fishing techniques.
This model is well suited for casting larger artificial lures, targeting cobia, fishing live bait, and general nearshore and light offshore applications.
Premier Tackle recommendation: The 7' Medium Heavy is our preferred all-around option for anglers who want one Talavera Boat Spinning Rod for casting, jigging, and live bait fishing.
6'6" Heavy — TES66HC
The 6'6" Heavy provides additional backbone for heavier fishing line, larger artificial lures, and demanding saltwater applications.
Its shorter length offers improved close-range control when fishing around reefs, wrecks, and other structure.
Premier Tackle recommendation: Choose the 6'6" Heavy when lifting power and close-range fish control are more important than maximum casting distance.
