The Shimano Stradic FM continues the legacy of one of the most trusted spinning reels in fishing. Built with Shimano's latest reel technologies, the Stradic FM delivers exceptional smoothness, durability, and performance for anglers targeting everything from snook and redfish to bass, trout, and other hard-fighting freshwater and saltwater species.
Designed to excel in both inshore and freshwater environments, the Stradic FM features Shimano's advanced HAGANE Gear, HAGANE Body, InfinityXross, Infinity Drive, and DuraCross Drag technologies. Together, these innovations provide increased durability, smoother operation, enhanced cranking power, and exceptional drag performance under heavy loads.
The lightweight design allows anglers to fish comfortably all day while maintaining the strength needed to battle powerful fish around docks, mangroves, grass flats, bridges, canals, and freshwater structure. Shimano's X-Protect technology helps shield critical internal components from water intrusion, making the Stradic FM an outstanding choice for demanding inshore applications.
Whether you're working artificials for snook, sight fishing redfish, chasing speckled trout on the flats, targeting bass in freshwater, or throwing topwaters and soft plastics around structure, the Stradic FM delivers the smooth, dependable performance anglers have come to expect from Shimano.
