Built for anglers who demand the absolute best in offshore jigging performance, the Daiwa Saltiga Jigging Spinning Rod represents the pinnacle of strength, sensitivity, and fish-fighting power. Engineered with Daiwa’s most advanced rod technologies, the Saltiga name stands for uncompromising performance in the harshest saltwater environments.
Designed for serious offshore anglers targeting tuna, amberjack, grouper, snapper, GTs, and other hard-fighting pelagic species, the Saltiga Jigging Spinning Rod delivers exceptional lifting power while maintaining refined jig action and unmatched control. Whether you're vertical jigging deep wrecks, reefs, offshore structure, or open-water pelagics, this rod is built to perform flawlessly under pressure.
Constructed with HVF Nanoplus Carbon Technology, the blank uses higher carbon fiber density with reduced resin content to create a lighter, stronger, and more sensitive rod. Daiwa’s X45 Bias Construction further enhances blank integrity by reducing twist and ovalization under heavy loads, resulting in greater lifting strength and improved durability.
The addition of Daiwa’s 3DX Carbon Fiber reinforcement creates an interwoven three-dimensional carbon wrap that strengthens the blank like an exoskeleton, improving compression strength, recovery speed, and overall responsiveness. This translates into faster hooksets, better jig control, and superior performance when fighting trophy-class fish.
Finished with premium Fuji tangle-free guides for smooth braided line management and a custom dimpled EVA handle for a secure, slip-resistant grip, the Saltiga Jigging Spinning Rod is purpose-built for elite-level saltwater jigging performance.
When only the best will do, this is the rod worthy of the Saltiga name.
