Rapala Saltwater Skitter Walk
The Rapala Saltwater Skitter Walk is one of the most proven topwater walking baits ever designed for inshore saltwater fishing. Built specifically for coastal anglers, it delivers the legendary walk-the-dog action that consistently triggers explosive strikes from snook, redfish, speckled trout, tarpon, and other aggressive inshore predators. Its weighted tail, loud internal rattle, and rugged saltwater construction make it a favorite among Gulf Coast anglers and guides.
Designed to imitate a wounded mullet or fleeing baitfish, the Saltwater Skitter Walk glides effortlessly from side to side with simple rod twitches. The large internal rattles create a rhythmic combination of sound and vibration that attracts fish from long distances, while the weighted tail keeps the lure sitting naturally on the surface between twitches.
Constructed with rugged saltwater hardware and premium VMC® Perma Steel® hooks, the Saltwater Skitter Walk is built to withstand repeated battles with hard-fighting inshore gamefish. Whether you're working mangrove shorelines, oyster bars, grass flats, seawalls, or beach troughs, this lure delivers exciting topwater action and dependable performance season after season.
