Description

The Nomad Design Ridgeback Jig is a premium offshore vertical jig built for anglers targeting powerful saltwater predators in deep water, wrecks, reefs, and heavy current. Designed for fast action, controlled fall, and aggressive reaction strikes, the Ridgeback Jig is a proven producer for amberjack, grouper, snapper, tuna, kingfish, cobia, and other hard-fighting offshore species.

Its unique balanced body design creates an erratic flutter and strong flash on both the fall and retrieve, perfectly imitating wounded baitfish and triggering aggressive strikes from fish holding deep. Whether you're speed jigging, vertical jigging, or working structure over wrecks and reefs, the Ridgeback is built to stay in the strike zone and get noticed.

Constructed with Nomad’s durable full metal design and premium finishes, the Ridgeback Jig is built to handle heavy offshore abuse and repeated punishment from powerful fish. Its hydrodynamic shape improves sink rate and control in current, allowing anglers to stay connected to the jig even in deeper water conditions.

Finished with heavy-duty hardware and built for serious jigging applications, the Ridgeback delivers the durability and action needed when offshore fish demand aggressive presentations.

Whether you're dropping for amberjack over wrecks, jigging for grouper around deep ledges, or targeting snapper and tuna offshore, the Nomad Ridgeback Jig is built for serious Gulf Coast jigging anglers.
