Premier Tackle Insight
At Premier Tackle, the Express is one of the lures we recommend when you need to cover water and locate fish. Its streamlined head keeps it running straight at higher trolling speeds, making it an excellent option for anglers targeting wahoo or searching for scattered mahi and tuna.
We especially like fishing it over a rigged ballyhoo, where it adds flash and stability without overpowering the natural bait. It also performs exceptionally well by itself when fish are aggressively feeding. Keeping an Express in your trolling spread gives you a dependable, high-speed option that complements larger trolling lures and teasers.
Whether you're fishing the Gulf Stream, offshore wrecks, or Gulf Coast bluewater, the Iland Express is a proven producer that's built for serious offshore anglers.
