The Fulling Mill Grassett Snook Minnow is a proven Gulf Coast saltwater fly designed by renowned Florida guide and fly tier Steve “Pajarito” Grassett. Built to imitate the baitfish that snook, redfish, tarpon, and other inshore predators feed on daily, this versatile pattern has earned a reputation as one of the most effective saltwater flies for Florida waters.
Featuring a streamlined baitfish profile, natural movement, and premium materials, the Grassett Snook Minnow excels around mangrove shorelines, docks, oyster bars, grass flats, beaches, and backcountry waters. Its lifelike action and subtle flash create an irresistible presentation that consistently triggers strikes from predatory fish.
Designed to fish effectively in both shallow and deeper inshore environments, the Grassett Snook Minnow can be stripped aggressively to imitate fleeing bait or worked slowly when fish are feeding more selectively. Its versatility makes it a staple fly for anglers targeting a wide variety of saltwater species throughout the Gulf Coast and beyond.
Whether you're sight fishing redfish on the flats, targeting snook under mangroves, or chasing juvenile tarpon in the backcountry, the Fulling Mill Grassett Snook Minnow is a fly every saltwater angler should have in their box.
