Description

Built for serious saltwater fly anglers who demand durability, slick performance, and absolute confidence when trophy fish show up, the Cortland Liquid Crystal Series Fly Line is engineered for tarpon, permit, bonefish, redfish, snook, striped bass, and other hard-fighting saltwater species. Designed to perform under the harshest marine conditions, this premium fly line delivers the control, shootability, and strength needed when every cast matters.

The Cortland Liquid Crystal Series features advanced Liquid Crystal technology with a hard PE+ coating that creates an ultra-smooth finish and an exceptionally low coefficient of friction. This allows anglers to shoot line farther, reduce drag through the guides, and maintain superior casting performance even during long technical presentations in wind and salt.

Built with a monofilament core for tropical saltwater applications, the line remains stiff enough for hot conditions while maintaining the responsiveness needed for precise loop control and quick line pickup. Whether you’re delivering a perfect cast to laid-up tarpon or making fast shots to cruising permit, the Liquid Crystal Series is built to perform when the pressure is highest.

Trusted by hardcore saltwater anglers around the world, this is the fly line built for the fight of a lifetime.
