The Clarkspoon The Original has been a favorite among anglers for decades, earning its reputation as one of the most effective spoons ever made for both trolling and casting. Whether you're targeting Spanish mackerel along the beach, casting to schooling fish, or chasing freshwater predators, the Original Clarkspoon delivers the flashing action that consistently produces strikes.
Designed with a thin, lightweight profile, the Clarkspoon creates an erratic wobble and brilliant flash that perfectly imitates a fleeing baitfish. While legendary as a trolling spoon for nearshore and offshore saltwater fishing, it's equally effective when cast and retrieved for a variety of freshwater and inshore species.
The versatile design allows anglers to troll behind planers, trolling sinkers, or inline weights, or simply cast and retrieve it around schools of baitfish, bridges, docks, grass flats, shorelines, and open water. Its time-tested fish-catching ability has made it a staple in tackle boxes across North America.
Whether you're trolling for kingfish offshore, casting to Spanish mackerel from the beach, or targeting bass in freshwater, the Original Clarkspoon continues to prove why it remains one of the most productive spoons ever made.
