Bass Assassin Woopah Craw 4"

The Bass Assassin Woopah Craw is a 4-inch soft-plastic craw built for aggressive action, heavy-cover fishing and versatile rigging.

Designed with a substantial body and active appendages, the Woopah Craw can be flipped into thick vegetation, Texas rigged around cover, swam as a trailer or even worked weedless across the surface.

For Florida bass anglers, it's an extremely versatile craw that can move from hydrilla and Kissimmee grass to swim jigs and shallow topwater presentations without changing baits.

Active Craw Action

The Woopah Craw is designed to produce plenty of action as it moves through the water.

Its appendages create movement whether the bait is falling through cover, being retrieved behind a jig or swimming across shallow vegetation.

That makes it particularly useful when you want more action than a subtle craw-style presentation.

Beefy 4" Body

At 4 inches, the Woopah Craw provides a substantial profile without becoming excessively bulky.

Bass Assassin specifically designed the body with enough size and length to accommodate a 5/0 hook, giving anglers plenty of hook for fishing heavier tackle around vegetation and cover.

Built for Flipping Heavy Cover

The Woopah Craw is right at home around thick vegetation.

Rig it Texas style and flip or pitch it around:

• Hydrilla
• Kissimmee grass
• Lily pads
• Matted vegetation
• Reeds
• Docks
• Laydowns
• Canal edges
• Shallow cover

The durable body is designed to handle repeated fishing through heavy cover and hold up through multiple fish.

Excellent Jig Trailer

The Woopah Craw's swimming action also makes it an excellent jig trailer.

Pair it with a swim jig when you want additional movement and vibration, or use it behind a traditional bass jig when you want to add a larger craw profile.

Changing the trailer color or trimming the bait also allows anglers to fine-tune the overall presentation.

Fish It Weedless Across the Surface

One of the more interesting applications for the Woopah Craw is fishing it weedless across the surface.

Bass Assassin specifically designed the bait with enough action to work across shallow vegetation, giving Florida anglers another option for fishing over grass and cover.

Work it across the vegetation and pay particular attention when it reaches an opening, edge or pocket where a bass can easily attack.

Versatile Rigging Options

The Woopah Craw can be fished several different ways:

• Texas rig
• Flipping setup
• Punching setup
• Swim jig trailer
• Jig trailer
• Weedless surface presentation
• Weighted or weightless presentations

That versatility allows anglers to adjust to changing conditions without completely changing bait styles.

Made for Florida Bass Fishing

The Woopah Craw fits naturally into Florida bass fishing because it can handle the vegetation that dominates many of our fisheries.

Use it for flipping isolated grass, pitching docks, working heavy vegetation or swimming a jig along a hydrilla edge.

Its combination of profile, action and weedless rigging options makes it equally useful on large lakes, ponds and canal systems.

Why Choose the Bass Assassin Woopah Craw?

The Woopah Craw stands out because it isn't limited to one presentation.

You can flip it into heavy cover, swim it behind a jig or rig it weedless and work it across shallow vegetation.

For anglers who want one craw-style bait capable of handling several different techniques, the Woopah Craw offers a lot of versatility.

Premier Tackle Take

The Bass Assassin Woopah Craw is a particularly good fit for Florida bass fishing because you can use the same bait for several of our most productive techniques.

Flip it into hydrilla and Kissimmee grass, put it behind a swim jig along a vegetation edge, or rig it weedless and work it over shallow cover.

We especially like having a craw that can transition from bottom-contact fishing to a moving presentation without needing an entirely different style of bait.

Rig it around a stout 5/0 hook when you're fishing heavy cover and adjust your weight based on how thick the vegetation is.

It's simple, versatile and built for exactly the type of cover Florida bass anglers fish every day.
